TOTO USA Inc., the world’s largest plumbing products manufacturer, sought a technology partner and platform that could allow consumers and end users a convenient and secure way to access TOTO genuine parts online. TOTO successfully launched its B2C web store, providing consumers a convenient and secure way to access TOTO genuine parts. Consumers can easily choose products by drilling down through product categories or by a search bar. In addition, TOTO chose ERP2Web to provide a selection of part numbers through an intelligent exploded bill of material assembly graphic. Users can easily use their mouse for parts inquiry, pricing, and ordering.
