Mizuno Cracks the First Annual B2B E-Commerce 300

The recently released B2B E-Commerce 300 from Internet Retailer features CDI customer Mizuno USA with the 5th highest conversion rate of all sites. Mizuno’s web store exceeded projections with a 30% increase in sales via their e-commerce channel from 2014 to 2015. Features such as live chat, mobile optimization, social medias links, Google web analytics, and real-time integration with their back office ERP, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne are cited as key factors for the site’s success.

The Mizuno USA webstore, called DirectConnect, is powered by CDI’s e-commerce platform ERP2Web along with CDI’s SnapPay and BluePay for payments.  Additionally, Mizuno USA uses CDI’s SnapPOS for sales at athletic events they sponsor, such as the Atlanta Half Marathon.   For more on the Mizuno and the CDI story, see here.
